St. Luke Catholic Church is pleased to host our annual parish and community event every 3rd weekend of September. The event includes an adults-only Bash (Friday), a Family Fun Day (Saturday), and a Silent Auction – all of which support the needs of our parish as well as programs for our school. St. Luke Catholic Church is located on the north side of Indianapolis and has ~3,500 people affiliated with our parish and ~550 students in our K-8th school.

Fall Fest Weekend 2026 is scheduled for September 18-19, 2026!

Friday, September 18: Bingo Bash (adults only) with games, music, friends, food and drink
Saturday, September 19: With over 1500 attendees, Family Fun Day features kids’ games and activities, delicious food and beverages, and top-notch entertainment!
Silent Auction: September 10 - September 19. Bidding closes at 8pm

Silent Auction

Our silent auction is a fun and competitive part of the Fall Fest Weekend experience. It brings our community together to support our parish, while also highlighting local talent, local sports teams, and local businesses with their generous donations. We use OneCause as our online auction site and provide a QR code to access the auction in advance of Fall Fest Weekend, giving plenty of time for participants to review and bid on popular items.

Sponsorships

Fall Fest is not possible without the generous support of our sponsors. We offer a variety of sponsorship packages ranging from $500 to $6,000. All donations support St. Luke Catholic Church, including our school and other ministries.

Sponsorship benefits include:

Visibility to the entire community and 2,000+ attendees over two nights
Name or company publicity in front of over 15,000 members of our parish
A tax deduction, net of fair market value received, under St. Luke Catholic Church's 501(c)(3) status
Reserved parking, reserved seating, tickets, and complementary kids’ wrist bands
